It has *not* been three days...
...since I last posted. Or, maybe it has. I don't know. But I did install BeOS on the computer I'm taking with me to school. Now it dualboots BeOS 5.0.3 Pro and Windows 4.10.1998 <proudly recites>. GAH! My hand has frozen solid! I can no longer type! I can't feel my hand! <panics> And worse, I can't reach over to close the window from where I am sitting! My world has turned upside down! What am I going to do -- just sit here and type one-handedly and hope it doesn't get any colder?
...Or I could just stand up, go over and close the window, come back, and sit down...
Meh... I swear, if I have to solve my own problems every time something like this arrives... O.o The radio seems to be playing Zombie Nation.

New layout up. I've decided to screw the site and just host my blog. It's much easier, and I don't need a bunch of sites laying about taking up space. This site was completed in about hour total, which includes getting the image, making necessary changes, writing the page from nothingness, posting, and everything. back, I am
I was at a family reunion over the weekend, and just got back late yesterday. After the reunion, but before coming home I was at my grandparents', and there went water skiing. Today I took apart a couple computers, intending to salvage parts and all that, but the computers weren't compatible in terms of RAM, and the computer destined to be upgraded was better in many regards to the parts of the salvagee. So no upgrading occured. Later today I reassembled the original computers completely. I intend to have them in working order very soon. [XD #spoon :: 6:59 PM

Installed Linux today, I did, and now my wonderful computer is a dual-booting two faced freak. On one hard drive it is a peaceful, stable, and powerful system looking after your every need. Move off of hdb, however, and onto c:\, and the brutal monster awakens ^_^. [XD # spoon :: 8:28 PM

Got a new computer, I did, and it has stolen my time all up. So any intended page revamps are having to wait until I get things settled down -- the computer I used formerly has all of my stuff on it, and isn't connected to internet or much hardware at all. Floppy diskettes are the devil, so I refuse to transfer my files that way. And my hair has been cut, by the way -- it is much shorter in back now. [XD # spoon :: 2:57 PM

...and you didn't even know I was doing anything. Actually, I'm not done; I have still a fair amount left. I'm writing a new layout, again. Having forsaken forever those nasty TABLE tags, css and DIV tags now light my path. position:absolute; top:200px; left:300px; Voila - instant location. No more bricklaying with tables, now it's like painting. I just pick my content and place it wherever I choose. Soooo very much less hectic, it is. It also can look much better. I added format to the archives so that they don't pain my eyes as much. I'm in #rl-radio so much anymore that people ask if I ever leave >.> <.<. Ordered a new computer Saturday, should be in by midweek. Custom build, it is, I speced it myself to make sure it's how I like. So here are a couple things about it I remember:
- 2x80 gig hard drives
- 2x512 meg ram
- 2.4 gig processor
- most recent Pentium 4 board
- either a 64 or 128 meg video card, I don't remember. All-in-Wonder 9000 pro.
- A decent sound card
- Windows XP home
- to make up for the previous list item, I'll be installing Red Hat for dual booting
- other stuff
